Bentley-Leek Properties Ltd

Since 2003 Bentley-Leek Properties has Provided Investors With an Exciting Alternative to Traditional Forms of Investment.

Bentley-Leek have been active in the financial services sector for over a quarter of a century. The core of the business has historically been the financial management company, with the two directors having over 75 years experience between them.

Bentley-Leek Properties was formed in late 2003 with the primary objective of creating another asset class for investment. In prior years we had become used to offering a range of investments opportunities across more traditional lines, with the vehicles for investment in to these areas being predominantly via pooled funds with household named providers using Unit Trusts, Investment Bonds and Pension Funds.

The volatility of the stock-market in the previous couple of years had made it difficult to recommend equities and low interest rates meant that bond and fixed interest yields were very low.

The motive therefore for forming BLP was to provide our clients with access to residential property development. Some of our clients have had some success in the retention of property in the buy to let market, however, the prospect of developing property and thus receiving the benefit of the additional profit margins, was and still remains, too complex and too time consuming for the amateur investor.
